Anandrao Pakharde businessman had a bungalow at Ville Parle Mumbai in 1914.
his neighbour Dixit often spoke about Sai and his leelas.
Pakharde had a dream vision .
Baba sitting on jewelled throne in front of Pakharde and Shama .
Shama said " Anandrao bow to his feet "
Pakharde said that
was his intense desire
but Baba's feet were under water. 'O Deva do take out your feet from the water' said Shama.
Baba did so and at once Pakharde clasped his feet.
Baba blessed him and said
"Give a dhotar with a silk border to my Shama and you will enjoy peace and happiness."
So Pakharde bought a dhotar ,gave it to Dixit to hand over to Shama.
